Why do I need to register?

You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.

 

How do I register?

Simply click on MY ACCOUNT and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your shopping bag and are ready to complete your order, simply click on CHECKOUT, and this will automatically direct you to our register page.



 

What if I forget my password?

Simply click here.If you ever forget your password again, there is always a link on the MY ACCOUNT page. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, sadashop.com will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting MY ACCOUNT once you log-in successfully. Passwords are case sensitive and must include a number or punctuation character.



 

How do I change my password?

Once you log-in to our site, you may change your password by clicking on MY ACCOUNT. Under Account & Contact Information you will find your password information where you can change it. Next click on UPDATE ACCOUNT. MY ACCOUNT is a useful destination for personalizing your sadashop.com account to your liking.



 

How do I make changes to my account profile?

Log into your MY ACCOUNT to access all your account information including your Account and Contact Information as well as you Address Book. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on SUBMIT. The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.

 

How to Whitelist @sadashop.com?

sadashop uses a valid/real e-mail server to send notifications and updates via e-mail.

However, sometimes, the e-mails can be sent to the junk/spam folders.In order to make sure that every e-mail from @sadashop.com reaches you, you can whitelist @sadashop.com in your e-mail application in a minute.

For Gmail

• Click Settings>Filters Tab>Create A New Filter
• Enter @sadashop.com to the "From" field and click "Next Step"
• Choose "Never send it to Spam" and click "Create Filter"


For Hotmail

• Click Optons>More Options >Junk e-mail>Safe and blocked senders
• Enter @sadashop.com to the "Sender or domain to mark as safe" field and click "Add to list"


For Yahoo Mail

• Click Optons>Mail Options >Filters>Create or edit filters
• Click Add
• Enter @sadashop.com to the "From header" field
• Select "Move the message to" as "Inbox" in the next field


For Other E-mail Providers

The idea is generally the same. There is always a "create a filter" or "add-to-safe list" type of option where you can add "@sadashop.com" domain to bypass any spam checks.

How to shop on-line ?

To place an order, you must be a registered Sada Shop user; if you haven’t registered yet, you will be prompted to do so at checkout. You may select the item(s) you would like to purchase and click ADD TO CART.
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your shopping bag by clicking the MY CART button on the menu bar at the top of any page. Once you are done viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking Update Cart after all quantity adjustments have been made.
Once you have finalized your selections, proceed by clicking on the Checkout Now button, which takes you to the page where you can review your shipping options and charges. Select your desired shipping method and click on Select Shipping Method to continue. At this point you will reach the page where you are prompted to select your preferred payment method. Please make your selection, agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Continue Checkout.To learn more about payment methods click here.
Once your order is placed, you may no longer make any changes to this order. Furthermore, you may only ship to one address per purchase and once the order is dispatched you will not be able to change the shipping address.

 

Do you have sizing information?

To view our Size Chart Click Here. We have added a size charts link when Shop by Size is in effect. This applies to apparel and shoes. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering from sadashop.com. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. Please be aware that we are not responsible for size discrepancies for apparel, footwear or any other products.



 

How do I make a payment?

Payment can be made with a valid Visa or Master Card credit card, or via Wire Transfer.
Cash on Delivery payment is currently offered to Riyadh customers ONLY. If you wish to arrange for this payment type, kindly contact our customer service department by emailing us at customerservice@sadashop.com or calling us at 966(1)441.1940.

CREDIT CARD

If you pay by credit card, your order is shipped out of our warehouse in Riyadh within one business day, at which point we will send you an email with your tracking information and you can start enjoying your items in no time!

To further guarantee your security, we will not capture any sensitive credit card information, and all payments will be processed through the National Commercial Bank’s (NCB) secure payment gateway. Sada Shop will contact you with a follow-up email if additional identification is required for credit verification. By using this payment method, you confirm that you are the owner of the credit card. All credit card users are subject to validation and authorization. All payments will be made in the Saudi Riyal Currency. Once your payment is received by the bank, we will go ahead and process your order. Please Note: depending on the bank that has issued your credit card (for customers in Saudi Arabia), you may be required (by your bank) to enter additional security information before proceeding with payment. Generally your bank may require you to enter your Credit Limit, ID Number, CVV or Mobile Number. Please contact your bank if you do not have this information.

 

WIRE TRANSFER

If you choose to pay via wire transfer, please transfer your full order amount to our bank account within 5 business days of placing your order. Please note that it may take several days to receive your wire transfer depending on the country you are sending from.

Your order is shipped out of our warehouse in Riyadh within one business day of receipt of your wire transfer, at which point we will send you an email with your tracking information. Please ensure that the FULL order amount is received in our bank account. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank.

When you place an order with us, we immediately reserve the items you have selected for you. Since we have limited quantities of the unique items we sell, we regret that your order is cancelled if the full order amount is not received within 5 business days.

 

How Can I Secure My Credit Card?

Sada Shop is very concerned about credit card security. As such, we do not capture or store any of your sensitive credit card information. Once you checkout, you will be routed to the secure payment gateway of the National Commercial Bank (NCB), where you will enter all your credit card information. You do not enter any credit card information directly on our site.

Security is a key concern for customers and merchants alike; that’s why we would like to keep you informed on what you can do to further guarantee your credit card security online, enabling you to enjoy safe & hassle-free internet shopping.
3DSecure is a new service available to Visa & MasterCard card holders that allows you to authenticate yourself while making an online payment. When you register for 3DSecure authentication, you are requested to create a password that you will need to enter every time you make an online purchase. By doing so, you are protecting your card against theft and fraud, as you will be the only person who has access to this password. What if I don’t have a credit card?

In the case that you are unable to use a Visa or Mastercard credit card, you are welcome to pay via Wire Transfer.


 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped out. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting the shipper’s web site: http://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx and following their instructions. You can also login to your account on our site using your email address and password, click on ORDER HISTORY to view past orders and current orders that you have placed.


 

How can I modify my order?

Since we aim to ship out all orders on the day they are received, please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. However, we offer our customers a return/exchange policy, please click here to review it.

General shipping & delivery guidelines

YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT OF OUR WAREHOUSE IN RIYADH WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIVNG YOUR PAYMENT!!!

For Credit Card customers, this means your order will be shipped out within one business day of placing your order, since your payment is immediately processed and received.

For Wire Transfer customers, your order is shipped out within one business day of receipt of your full order total in our bank account. This could take several days depending on where you are wiring from.

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent with your order and tracking details. We work with Aramex International, a leading global provider of express delivery, and we are pleased to be able to offer you some of the best shipping rates and delivery times around.

Deliveries within Saudi Arabia take 3-5 business days (or less!) after they are dispatched from our warehouse, at which point you will be notified by email. International delivery times vary by destination.

We are unable to deliver to APO / FPO addresses or PO Boxes. We do not offer weekend or holiday period delivery. All deliveries MUST be signed for and incorrect addresses on packages are not our responsibility. Please note - Delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date.

By placing an order you are confirming your agreement to our terms and conditions of sale that all goods remain the property of Sada Shop until paid for in full.


 

Domestic Shipping & Delivery (within KSA)

SAME DAY Delivery in Riyadh Sunday through Thursday for all orders placed before 3pm!


Orders in Riyadh are delivered right to your door by a Sada Shop delivery driver. When your order is ready, a representative will contact you to coordinat a suitable delivery time and get directions for your location.

Standard Shipping is regularly only SAR 36.50 for all orders within Saudi Arabia, up to 20 kilos. Your order is shipped out of our warehouse within one business day of receiving your payment. Delivery is within 3-5 business days (or less!) from the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse in Riyadh.

For orders exceeding 20 kilos, your shipping cost will be calculated according to the total weight of your shipment at the rate of 1 Riyal for each additional kilo. Once you place items in your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout, you will be able to review the shipping cost prior to confirming your order.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of ordered items, the weight of the package, and the customer’s delivery destination. To determine the cost, please add selected items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout, where you will be able to review the shipping cost prior to confirming your order.


 

Where is your warehouse?

Our warehouse is in Riyadh, KSA and all the wonderful products on our site are in stock here and ready to be shipped within one business day of receipt of your payment. We want you to start enjoying your items as soon as possible!

 

Shipping costs, Customs/Duties and Disclosure

Shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of ordered items, the weight of the package, and the customer’s delivery destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process. This is the last page before finalizing your order. From this page you may either cancel or proceed with your order.

For orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, no customs duties or charges will apply. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will total. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from sadashop.com, you are considered to be the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information regarding your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked GIFT, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from sadashop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping & handling charges to you, any duties, taxes and /or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to sadashop.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We use Aramex for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO / FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. We do not offer weekend delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

Returns & Exchanges
 

What is your returns policy?

We pride ourselves in selecting and offering the highest quality merchandise. In the event you wish to return or exchange an item within 10 days of receiving it, please send an email to customerservice@sadashop.com and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and send you instructions on how to return or exchange your items. Please read below all conditions for Returns & Exchanges.


• Returns and Exchanges must be claimed within 10 days of receiving your order and shipped to us within 7 days of receiving instructions. Any returns or exchanges exceeding this time frame will be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.
• Any returned/exchanged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, with all labeling and tags attached. Please include the original invoice and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) as well, as we do not accept returns/exchanges without it.
• Please send items back via an insured and prepaid mail courier to ensure accurate delivery; we do not accept COD (cash on delivery) shipments. We advise you to keep a record of your tracking number to ensure delivery to our warehouse.
• Items that are damaged or used will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their cost and/or a refund refused.
• Please send all items you wish to return/exchange from a single order in the same shipment to ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible.
• Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. We also do not refund international customs duties and sales taxes for international customers. If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Sada Shop at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
• Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange request.
• SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED. FASHION ACCESSORIES (including handbags, pouches, scarves, glasses etc.) ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED.


Return and Refunds

• Returned items must meet all the conditions mentioned above.
• Your refund will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the order.
• Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank’s processing time varies.
• Please note that we do not refund Shipping & Handling, Customs & Duties charges.


Exchange

• Items sent for exchange must meet all the conditions mentioned above in our Return & Exchange policy.
• We are happy to offer you an exchange of the same item for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
• To exchange an item, please contact us at orders@sadashop.com and specify Order number, Item number, desired item size and all other details to accelerate the processing of your exchange.
• If the item is no longer available, we will notify you and provide you with the option to process it as a return, after which a refund can be issued to your credit card.
• For Customers within Saudi Arabia, shipment of exchanged items will be free. For international exchanges, the customer will be charged the cost of shipping back the exchanged items by the courier.
• Please note that we do not refund Shipping & Handling, Customs & Duties charges.For Customers within Saudi Arabia, shipment of exchanged items will be free. For international exchanges, the customer will be charged the cost of shipping back the returned items by the courier (COD).


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers, however should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at 009661-441-1940 009661-441-1940 or email us at customerservice@sadashop.com. We will arrange to collect this item and send you a replacement, subject to stock availability, or process your reimbursement.
