GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY GUIDELINES
YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT OF OUR WAREHOUSE IN RIYADH WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY OF
RECEIVNG YOUR PAYMENT!!!
For Credit Card customers, this means your order will be shipped out within
one business day of placing your order, since your payment is immediately processed
and received.
For Wire Transfer customers, your order is shipped out within one business
day of receipt of your full order total in our bank account. This could take several
days depending on where you are wiring from.
Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent with your order
and tracking details. We work with Aramex International, a leading global provider
of express delivery, and we are pleased to be able to offer you some of the best
shipping rates and delivery times around.
Deliveries within Saudi Arabia take 3-5 business days (or less!) after they are
dispatched from our warehouse, at which point you will be notified by email. International
delivery times vary by destination.
We are unable to deliver to APO / FPO addresses or PO Boxes. We do not offer weekend
or holiday period delivery. All deliveries MUST be signed for and incorrect addresses
on packages are not our responsibility. Please note - Delivery dates are not guaranteed,
although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted
delivery date.
By placing an order you are confirming your agreement to our terms and conditions
of sale that all goods remain the property of Sada Shop until paid for in full.

EID AL-ADHA DELIVERY: Riyadh Orders will be delivered the NEXT BUSINESS DAY during the period between October 26th - November 3rd, 2012.
Standard Shipping is regularly only SAR 36.50 for all orders
within Saudi Arabia, up to 20 kilos. Your order is shipped out of our warehouse
within one business day of receiving your payment. Delivery is within 3-5 business
days (or less!) from the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse in Riyadh.
For orders exceeding 20 kilos, your shipping cost will be calculated according to
the total weight of your shipment at the rate of 1 Riyal for each additional kilo.
Once you place items in your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout, you will be
able to review the shipping cost prior to confirming your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of ordered
items, the weight of the package, and the customer’s delivery destination. To determine
the cost, please add selected items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout,
where you will be able to review the shipping cost prior to confirming your order.
WHERE IS YOUR WAREHOUSE?
Our warehouse is in Riyadh, KSA and all the wonderful products on our site are in
stock here and ready to be shipped within one business day of receipt of your payment.
We want you to start enjoying your items as soon as possible!
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & DISCLOSURE
For orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, no customs duties or charges will
apply. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying
additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they will total. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally,
when ordering from sadashop.com, you are considered to be the importer and must
comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us
to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities
in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf)
any duties and taxes owed by you.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information
regarding your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers
and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments
are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide
certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international
carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities
to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked GIFT, but the cost of the item is
still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value
of the gift item directly on the package.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped will pass to you upon our delivery
to the carrier.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments from sadashop.com, you are responsible for
the original shipping & handling charges to you, any duties, taxes and /or customs
charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments),
and the cost of returning the package to sadashop.com. This amount will be subtracted
from your merchandise refund.
